Saraswati-Dhanwantari Medical, Educational, Social & Cultural Foundation, Parbhani is established in 1998. The foundation has established English School, Marathi School, High School, Junior College, Nursing School & Hospital Services etc. Foundation is running Dental College in the name of Saraswati-Dhanwantari Dental College and Hospital.

Saraswati-Dhanwantari Dental College & Hospital has got recognised by  Govt. of India,  Dental Council of India  & Govt. of Maharashtra,

The Institute is affiliated to the prestigious Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

Institute's Out Patient Department was established in the year 2002 and there had been a continuous effort to modernize the facilities for improved dental treatment deliverance. Today  specialized clinics having 225 Dental chairs and units are functionally catering for various specialized facilities and approximately 230 patients are attending its OPD everyday.

The College is providing Free Dental Check-up and Treatment to the weaker section of the society for whom it is almost impossible to see the face of a dentist because of its exuberant cost.

The College authorities are also engaged in community dental service and developments by means of education and motivation using audio-visual aids in communication
