Salient Features & Duties of Sports Committee
- To Control & Conduct organization of the SPORTS activities in the college during and after work hours to promote overall personality development of all students as well as individual pupil and also ensure teacher participation in such activities
- To convene a meeting of members of Sports committee and heads of other committees to plan an index of events to be conducted throughout the academic year.
- To issue a calendar of all the Sports events to be conducted along with titles and purpose in the beginning of academic year, the calendar should be made after consideration & approval from the heads of the Cultural, Curriculum & Exam Committees.
- To plan and approve participation of college students for inter college events upon invitation from other Institutes & University.
- Planning the Spots committee meetings and recording its procedures and maintaining the records of all the events held.
- Issuing of appreciation & merit certificates of the sports events conducted
