ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO MDS COURSE
The eligibility criteria for Common Entrance Test will be as per the rules and regulations of Govt. of India, Govt. of Maharashtra and as per the directions of Hon. Supreme Court time to time.
REQUIRED LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR MDS COURSE
At the time of counselling the students are required to produce the following documents in original failure to do so will result in cancellation of their claim for the admission. They are also required to submit four photocopies of each of these documents.
- Nationality Certificate
- S.S.C Passing Certificate
- BDS Mark List (All Four Years)
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Caste Validity Certificate (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
- Gap Certificate/Under Taking (if applicable)
- Provisional Selection Letter
- APGD/PGD/NEET Mark List
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate
- Ten Recent Passport size Photographs
- BDS Degree Certificate
- State Council Registration Certificate
